Carsten Krax

Carsten Krax is currently an Advisory Presales Solutions Architect at Dell Technologies, where they support technical sales activities, analyze customer requirements, and design solutions. With a strong background in High End and Midrange Storage, as well as Hyperconverged and Converged Solutions, Carsten demonstrates the value of proposed solutions through a consultative selling approach. Prior to their current role at Dell, Carsten worked as a Presales Consultant for Data Storage Solutions and served as a XIV Corporate Solution Architect at IBM. Carsten also gained early experience as a Storage Specialist at GE CompuNet and as an Electrical Engineer at Deutsche Welle. They hold a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Dortmund and previously completed their Electrotechnical Assistant training at a vocational school.
