Cathy Arledge

Cathy Arledge is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business transformation and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Dell Technologies since December 1997, Cathy has spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives, including the Business Architecture and transformations across the PC and Server businesses, as well as the Order Experience. Prior to Dell, Cathy was the Director of Engineering at Siemens from July 1985 to November 1997, where management of the Austin Engineering division involved overseeing a $40 million R&D budget for the development of desktop telecommunication products. Cathy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's of Science in Bio-Medical Engineering from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas.
