Chad Call possesses extensive experience in technical support and management roles across multiple companies. Starting a career at Lucent Technologies as a Manager Level 2 from November 1999 to December 2008, Chad advanced to become a Technical Support Manager at Dell EMC in April 2015, leading a team focused on midrange storage support. Additionally, Chad worked as a TSE at IHS in 2009 and served as a Work Flow Manager. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Stevens-Henager College, completed between 2012 and 2016, as well as a High School Diploma from Clearfield High School, earned in 1998.
