Chike McGruder

Chike McGruder is an experienced professional with a background in sales, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Dell Technologies since July 2025, Chike previously held the position of Merchandising Team Lead at PepsiCo, where management of over 40 merchandisers contributed to increased sales and improved relationships with store managers across middle Tennessee. Prior experience includes roles as a Floral Manager at Enchanted Florist, a Snowboard Instructor at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, and a Marketing Intern and River Guide with Smoky Mountain Outdoors. Chike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, obtained in 2022.
