Chris CC Tan has over seven years of global experience in planning, developing, implementing, and managing complex IT projects utilizing Waterfall and AGILE methodologies. With a robust background in business process improvement, they have successfully overseen international contact center operations and led teams in optimizing workforce performance. Chris received the 1st Runner Up award in the “Best Team Leader” category by the Call Centre Association Malaysia in 2004 and holds an Executive Diploma in Corporate Leadership from the Society of Business Practitioners UK. Currently, Chris serves as a Global Software & Product Management Consultant at Dell Technologies.
