Chris Swann has over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery and consulting, with a significant tenure at Dell since October 2003. As the Services Delivery Director for Federal, Chris oversees the Federal Consulting program and develops offerings tailored for Federal customers while ensuring compliance with security protocols such as 8570, ITAR, and NIST 800. Previous roles include Regional Delivery Director positions, managing Enterprise Technology Services and End User Computing Consulting, as well as leading Microsoft and M&A practices across various regions.
