Ciaran McCarthy

Ciaran McCarthy is an Assurance & Certifications Senior Manager at Dell Technologies, where they lead a global team focused on operational excellence across audits within the Security and Resiliency Organization. With a background that includes a Bachelor's in Government and Public Policy and a Master's in International Public Policy and Diplomacy from University College Cork, Ciaran has held various roles in project management and operational leadership at both Dell EMC and the Massachusetts State House. They also contributed to the World Security Network Foundation as a Research Intern and managed significant projects across multiple global sites. Prior to their current position, Ciaran successfully built and led the SOC2 program for Dell, enhancing the company’s security protocols and compliance standards.
