Craig Didier

Craig Didier is an experienced leader in customer success and services presales platform development with over 23 years at Dell Technologies, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Services PreSales Platform Development. Didier manages product management, engineering, and delivery across multiple product lines and teams. Previously held roles include Director of Operations and Chief of Staff for Dell Digital Services, overseeing operations, strategy, and portfolio management, as well as Services IT Integration Lead, directing mergers and acquisitions IT integration for a significant services business. Prior to Dell, Didier served in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer, taking roles such as Director of Submarine Surveillance Equipment Programs and Tactics Instructor. Craig Didier earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.
