Cynthia Pearson is an accomplished IPS Engineering Escalation Manager with over 20 years of military organizational leadership experience. From 2008 to 2014, Cynthia served in the United States Air Force, where they held several key positions, including Superintendent of Aviation Resource Management and Manager of Command Aviation Resource Programs. Transitioning to the civilian sector, Cynthia has excelled at Dell Technologies as a Senior Resolution Manager and now as an Engineering Escalation Manager, specializing in critical customer escalations in the IT Enterprise business. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the Community College of the Air Force, building on a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of the Ozarks.
