Daniel Mott

Daniel Mott is a seasoned senior vice president at Dell Technologies, bringing extensive expertise in HR process and technology since joining the company in May 2006. Mott has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Talent Officer, overseeing a team of over 200 employees within the HR Talent & Technology organization. Responsibilities encompass HR technology, learning and development, talent management, HR analytics, and governance. Mott's tenure includes significant achievements in leading HR technology initiatives, managing contingent labor programs across multiple countries, and executing global HR transformation projects. Prior to Dell, Mott worked as an accountant at Altiris. Daniel holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BS in Business Management with a focus on Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University.
