David Briggs

David Briggs is an accomplished IT Project Manager with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as Principal IT Project Manager at EMC since July 2012, David has also held the role of Senior IT Project Manager. Prior to EMC, David worked as a Project Manager for Sapphire Technologies on a contract basis. David's career at The Hanover Insurance Company spanned from 1996 to 2010, progressing from Business Analyst to Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Earlier in David's career, positions included Business Analyst at Multi-Tasking Systems / Flexxperts and Accountant at BTM Capital Corporation. David holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Bentley University, and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
