David Kitchen

David Kitchen is a Senior Legal Counsel at Dell Technologies within the Global Security & Resiliency Organization, where they focus on privacy, data security, and technology issues. Previously, David held positions as a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and BakerHostetler, where they gained extensive experience in litigation across various disciplines. David earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University. They are also a Certified Information and Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and regularly provide insights on data privacy and information security matters.
