Derek Morton

Derek Morton is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global talent management within the technology sector. Since joining Dell Technologies in March 2011, Derek has held several key positions, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Product & Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition for various divisions, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and overseeing team performance to align with hiring goals. Prior to Dell Technologies, Derek held roles at SQA, Fidelity Investments, Sullivan and Cogliano, and Judge Technical Services, accumulating valuable expertise in staffing and business development. Derek holds a B.A. in Business-Government from Skidmore College.
