Devan Chang

Devan Chang is a Senior Principal Product Development Manager at Dell Technologies, where they lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and enable suppliers for device expansion. With 20 years of experience in consumer electronics development, Devan has successfully managed complex projects from concept through mass production. Prior to their current role, Devan held positions at Compal Communications, Chicony America, and Chicony Electronics, where they specialized in RF engineering and program management. Devan is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Radio Systems Engineering at The University of Hull and a Business Analytics certification from The Wharton School.
