Diane Yap is the Vice President of ISG APJC Support Services at Dell Technologies, leading a team of over 1,500 members in technical support, operations, and program management. With more than 30 years of experience across both government and private sectors, Diane has a strong background in project management, service delivery, and operational excellence. Previously, Diane served as Vice President of Technical & Support Services and PMO at NTT Ltd., where they managed thousands of projects and significantly improved service level achievements. Diane also held senior leadership roles at Dimension Data and Datacraft Singapore, focusing on transforming project management practices and customer support services. Diane is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The University of Auckland.
