Dillon Torgersen

Dillon Torgersen is currently serving as a Functional Lead at Dell Technologies, where they focus on enhancing team effectiveness and implementing organizational improvements. Previously, Dillon held various roles at Dell EMC, including Technical Support Manager and Principal Technical Resolution Manager, leading engineering and support teams in the cloud-related domain. They also have substantial experience in technical support from their time at Mozy and have worked as an Adjunct Professor in Linux Fundamentals at Snow College. Dillon holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Utah Valley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. In addition to their professional pursuits, Dillon is passionate about cybersecurity and enjoys spending time with family while engaging in gaming and card playing.
