Donald Kempf

Donald Kempf has extensive experience in technical support and project management at Dell EMC, having held various roles since August 1999, including Client New Product Introduction Project Manager and Technical Support L2 Mentor. Kempf has authored over 120 knowledge base articles and developed training materials to enhance support for technicians and customers. Prior to Dell, Kempf served as a CH-47D Helicopter Pilot in the United States Army, logging over 1000 flight hours. Academically, Kempf holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Austin Peay State University and an Associate Degree from Central Texas College.
