Doron Hared has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, beginning with a role as a VoIP & CTI Expert at NICE from October 2000 to April 2005, where Doron worked with various CTI vendors and provided internal services across multiple platforms. After a position as a QA Engineer at NICE Systems from May 2005 to June 2006, focusing on testing CTI solutions, Doron transitioned to an Expert Support Engineer role at NICE Systems, acting as a technical account manager for major customers. Currently serving as a Resolution Manager at Dell Technologies since August 2021, Doron continues to leverage a strong background in contact center applications and technical integration. Doron holds a degree in Practical Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
