Dwight Stimson

Dwight Stimson is a seasoned quality senior principal engineer with thirty years of experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supervision, known for leading cross-functional teams in diverse environments. They held positions at Dell from 2012 to 2020, including roles as Senior Manager and Quality Senior Principal Engineer, where they drove global logistics savings and process improvements. Prior to Dell, Dwight worked at Lear as a Process/Quality Engineering Coordinator and Square D Company as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Information Systems at the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology at Lake Superior State University.
