Eimear Couse

Eimear Couse has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in diversity and inclusion, and has held significant roles at Dell Technologies from January 2015 to March 2022, including Diversity & Inclusion Lead for EMEA and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Eimear was instrumental in driving People Strategy within a Technical Sales & Presales environment and served as Senior HRBP for the EMEA Sales organization, covering various regions. Prior to Dell Technologies, Eimear was an HR Consultant at Bank of Ireland and the HR Director at RPS, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive HR department during significant organizational change. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at RCSI and Senior HR Generalist at Concern Worldwide. Eimear holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Leading Business Innovation & Digital Transformation from Technological University Dublin and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland.
