Emily Yang

Emily Yang is a seasoned public policy and government affairs professional based in Taiwan, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at Dell Technologies. Emily has specialized in government affairs, public-private partnerships, public policy, and policy advocacy within the technology sector. Previously, they held positions as a Policy Research Fellow at the New Taipei City Mayor Campaign Office, a Project Specialist for President Tsai Ing-Wen's re-election campaign, and Deputy Director at the Democratic Progressive Party. Emily has also worked as a Legislative Aide and Legislative Director at the Legislative Yuan. They are pursuing degrees in Political Science and Public Policy from multiple prestigious institutions, including the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Tokyo.
