Emma Smith

Emma Smith has extensive experience in cyber security and technology assurance, holding the position of Cyber Security, Technology Assurance and Technology Strategy Director at Vodafone since August 2015. Emma also serves as Global Cyber Security Director at Dell Technologies, a Global Cyber Security Advisory Board Member, and as a National Cyber Advisory Board Member for the Cabinet Office. Additional advisory roles include Independent Cyber Security Advisor at Tesco and Program Committee Member for the Executive Security Action Forum. Previously, Emma was a Security Advisory Board Member for IBM and held several key positions at NatWest Group and RBS, including Director of Security & Resilience and Chief Information Security Officer. Emma began their career in technology audit at NatWest Group, showcasing a strong foundation in security and risk management.
