Gordon Liu

Gordon Liu is the Vice President and General Counsel for Greater China at Dell, a position held since 2012. With 29 years of experience in law firms and multinational corporations, Gordon has a comprehensive background in areas such as information technology, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with international regulations. Previously, Gordon served as the Head of Legal at Tesco Property, Senior VP & General Counsel at Tishman Speyer China, and as an Assistant Attorney General for Washington State. Gordon holds a Juris Doctor and an M.A. in International Relations and Area Studies from Brigham Young University, and is fluent in both Chinese and English.
