Greg Bowen

Greg Bowen is a seasoned executive in digital transformation and customer experience, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience at Dell Technologies since September 2015. Bowen has a strong track record of driving personalized and consistent digital experiences, leading product management, technology, and design teams. Previous roles at Dell include CTO and SVP of Dell Digital, where Bowen focused on digital transformation, innovation, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to Dell, Bowen held key leadership positions at Amazon, overseeing product strategy for consumer platforms, marketing, and integration of strategic acquisitions. Bowen's early career includes a role as Sr. Curator at University Galleries. Bowen holds an MBA in Technology Management from UW Foster School of Business and an MA in Art History from Illinois State University.
