Heidi E Arias

Heidi E. Arias is the Director of Learning & Development at Dell Technologies, where they oversee leadership development initiatives and consult with HR and business leaders globally. Previously, they held various roles at Dell, including Sales Supervisor, Technical Support Manager, and Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Latin America. Heidi's earlier experience includes positions at The Forum Corporation and Shepley Bulfinch, as well as a Sales Associate role at The Disney Store. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University.
