Henry D.

Henry D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board observation and recruitment services for Global 100 organizations. They have served as a Board Observer for multiple esteemed companies, including Ericsson, Berkshire Hathaway, and PepsiCo since 2000. Henry has also held the position of Managing Partner at CDI Talent & Technology Solutions and currently contributes as a Strategic Advisor for the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Notably, they provided consultation to Ericsson's CEO Hans Vestberg in 2010 to establish a pioneering Global Board of Directors with diverse leadership.
