India Appleton is a Sustainability Program Manager at Dell Technologies, where they oversee the Dell Reconnect program, an e-waste recycling initiative in partnership with Goodwill across the U.S. They hold a degree in Environmental Studies, Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville, where they also served as the Sustainability Outreach Coordinator and a McCullough Fellow.
