Jaana Behm

Jaana Behm is a senior thermal design engineer with over 15 years of experience in engineering, specializing in cost-efficient cooling solutions for high-volume electronics. They have held key positions at several prominent companies, including ChargePoint and Dell Technologies, where they currently serve as Staff Thermal Architect. Previously, Jaana worked as a Thermal Consultant at Juniper Networks, focusing on the thermal design of high-power routers and switches, and contributed to major projects at Nokia Siemens Networks and FutureWei Technologies. Jaana is pursuing a Master of Science in Energy Technology at Lappeenranta University of Technology.
