Jagan M. is currently the Director of Product Management at Dell, leading initiatives to enhance the configuration experience for enterprise sales and migrate existing storage products to a new cloud-based architecture. Prior to Dell, Jagan held various roles at Microsoft, including Software Engineer 2 and Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for the design, development, and management of features for Microsoft Web forums and Windows Live services. Jagan has completed a Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas.
