James LeMay has extensive experience in product support enablement, having served as a Solution Support Manager and Global Technology Practice Manager at EMC in 2012. Prior to that, James was a Wafer Fabrication Manager at Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. They hold a BA in Business from Worcester State University and a certificate in UNIX System Administration and C++ Programming from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
