Javier Alfaro

Javier Alfaro is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Lead System Architect at Dell Technologies since April 2022. With a distinguished tenure at Motorola Solutions spanning from 2002 to the present, Javier has held various significant roles, including Chief Hardware Architect for the ASTRO Subscriber Business Unit and Chief System Architect for the organization’s first body-worn video accessory with broadband capabilities. Additional positions include Lead Hardware Architect for the APX8000 land mobile radio and Technical Lead on a hardware engineering team for high-tier public safety communication devices. Javier began the career with a summer internship at HP in 2001, where development of a test board for Inkjet print heads took place. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Radio Frequency and Communications from the University of South Florida.
