Jeremy Key

Jeremy Key is the Global Director of Data Science and Business Intelligence at Dell Technologies, where they lead Data Engineering, AI and ML Learning Model Development, Data Model management, and BI distribution for Dell's Services Sales. Previously, they served as the North America Services Sales Operations and Programs Director, where they streamlined reporting and automated administrative tasks, significantly enhancing data reliability. Their experience also includes roles such as ESG Sales Operations Director and Global Reporting Director, where they built centralized data models and improved reporting infrastructures. Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
