Jerry Smith

Jerry Smith is a Systems Development Manager at EMC, where they have worked since 1990, transitioning from a Business Analyst to Project Manager and finally to Development Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of service-related CRM applications, they have recently focused on eService applications, including Knowledge Base and Managed File Transfer Systems. Prior to joining EMC, Jerry held roles at Wang Laboratories, Data Group, and Raytheon Service Company, developing a strong background in program management and business analysis. They are currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at Merrimack College.
