Jim Jackson

Jim Jackson is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Dell Technologies, where they have transformed the recruitment function from a highly administrative role to a focused Search and Selection model over the past 12 years. This transformation significantly contributed to the company's recruitment strategy, resulting in over 6,700 hires in the EMEA region in 2021 and advancing Dell's diversity and inclusion goals. Additionally, Jim has been a Board Member of Dell Products Unlimited since 2018, where they participate in governance matters. Prior to Dell, they served as a Managing Director and Shareholder at PARCCare, leading the company from chronic losses to profitability. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin.
