Jim Laughlin is currently a Federal Program Solution Architect at Dell, where they have been since 2011. In this role, Jim translates public customers' business requirements into process designs and cost models for complex operational engagements. With extensive experience at Dell beginning in 1996, Jim has held various positions including Sales Manager for Global Accounts and Asset Recovery Project Manager. They earned a BS in Finance from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 1987.
