Jim Stout is a retired Global Mainframe Architect from Dell EMC, where they provided global presales support for Mainframe Storage Solutions from 1997 until their retirement. Prior to Dell, they worked as a Field Engineer at Burroughs Corporation from 1980 to 1985 and as a Systems Engineer at Storage Technology Corporation from 1985 to 1997, specializing in presales technical support. Jim is currently pursuing an Associate of Computer Science degree at Longview Community College.
