Jitender Jetwani

Jitender Jetwani, PMP, has extensive experience in customer service management and operations across multiple organizations. Jitender's career began at VDM (Info Vision) as a Senior Contact Associate, followed by roles at Jindal's Contact Centre, where Jitender was a Team Leader and later an Assistant Manager at Jindal Intellicom Contact Centers. Jitender advanced to Dell, first as a Senior Sales Advisor and then as a Manager in Customer Care and Warranty Sales, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for Customer Care & Sales. After a tenure at Dell International Services as a Sales Support Manager, Jitender transitioned to Dell EMC, currently serving as an Enterprise Brand Manager since April 2017. Jitender holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar.
