They have held significant roles at Dell Technologies and Dell EMC, where they excelled in program management, delivering complex projects and enhancing customer experiences. Currently, Joanne serves as a Global Account Senior Program Manager, focusing on strategic planning and process improvement while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Bolton and completed a Project Management program at the Institute of Project Management.
