Jody Hay

Jody Hay has extensive experience in IT and solutions architecture, beginning with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. At EMC from December 2000 to January 2009, Jody served as a Senior Solutions Architect, creating the widely used SANsummary utility and successfully overseeing storage migrations for numerous enterprise-class clients. Prior to this role, Jody was a High Availability Specialist at Nextel Communications from 1998 to 2000, where responsibilities included the installation and monitoring of HP ServiceGuard software on critical billing systems and the implementation of SRDF disk mirroring for disaster recovery. Since February 2009, Jody has held the position of Consultant Product Manager at Dell EMC, transitioning from fieldwork to corporate management and adapting software development practices to better serve field engineers.
