Prior to Dell, John held significant positions at MSI Computer Corp. as Global Quality Account Manager, Celestica as Global Quality Account Manager, and SMTC as Site Quality Manager/Global Quality Account Manager, exhibiting strong leadership capabilities with experience overseeing large teams. John's career began at Jabil as a Quality/Process Engineer and includes military service in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant, where technical expertise in electronic systems was developed.
