With 30 years of experience spanning federal, state, and private sectors, John has provided strategic legal and policy counsel to various organizations. They previously held roles as Federal Environmental Executive at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and Environmental & Natural Resources Director at the Texas Governor's Policy Office. John earned a BA in English from Baylor University and a JD from The University of Texas at Austin.
