John O’Looney

John O’Looney is an accomplished manufacturing and quality management leader currently serving as a Customer Quality Senior Manager at Dell EMC, overseeing a team of 16 Product Quality Engineers across EMEA and the USA since December 2021. Previously, John held multiple key positions at Dell Technologies, including Global Program Manager Team Leader and EMEA/APJ Field Quality Manager, where they drove significant improvements in operations and customer satisfaction. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Management from the University of Limerick, as well as two Graduate Diplomas, one in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from the same university and another in Business Innovation & Transformation from Dublin City University. With a proven track record in project management, quality assurance, and process improvement, John has consistently delivered notable savings and enhanced customer experiences throughout their career.
