John Pruitt is a director of design and user experience with extensive expertise in building cross-functional teams. They held positions as a senior principal engineer in user experience at Dell and as a usability engineer lead for Microsoft, managing teams focused on user-centered design and product development. John has also contributed to research in speech and language learning at ATR and served as a research psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center. They earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive & Experimental Psychology from the University of South Florida and hold a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
