John Roese

John Roese is the Chief AI Officer at Dell Technologies, overseeing the integration of AI within products and internal systems while collaborating with AI partners. Previously, John held multiple senior roles at EMC Corporation, including Global Chief Technology Officer, where responsibilities encompassed technology strategy, hardware engineering, and innovation in telecommunications. John served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cloud Foundry Foundation, contributing to the establishment of open source PaaS technology. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Telstra and Ericsson, leadership positions at Huawei, and founding the ICT Advisory Group. John was also the CTO at Nortel, managing a global R&D organization. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
