John Root

John Root, PMP, is a highly motivated and mission-focused Program Manager with extensive experience leading large complex projects. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Services at Dell EMC, John leads a team of 20 Project and Program Managers and is responsible for the delivery of Professional Services across various markets, including Financial and Healthcare. Previously, John held roles at EMC, where they managed business development and technology projects, and served in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer. John holds a degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a degree in Communications Science from Fitchburg State College.
