John Stephens

John Stephens has over 40 years of experience in management and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Manager at Dell Corporation since 2008, John oversees both US-based and offshore Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Application Support teams. Prior to Dell, John held the position of SQM Practice Director at Spherion from 1998 to 2008, and worked as a Business Improvement Manager and Application Development Manager at Waste Management from 1982 to 1998. John's career began at Continental Insurance Companies, where John served as a Programming Supervisor from 1977 to 1982.
