Jonathan Kersten

Jonathan Kersten is a Global Platform Manager for Global Sales Training at Dell Technologies, where they oversee the operationalization of key learning platforms for over 25,000 global sales professionals. With more than 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Jonathan's expertise includes program and project management, global software applications, and instructional design. Previously, they served as a Global Competency and Assessment Lead, where they played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive sales competency framework that received multiple awards. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in American History from the University of Utah. Outside of work, they actively engage in community initiatives and volunteerism.
