Jonathan Royer is a Dell Pro Rugged Client Technologist with extensive experience in technical program management and customer engagement. They held various positions at Dell, including Technical Program Manager and Senior Principal Engineer, where they focused on aligning Dell’s rugged computing solutions with customer needs. Prior to their roles at Dell, Jonathan worked as a Network Technician at Wallingford Computer and managed complex technical escalations as a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant at Dell Inc. They are certified in MCSE, A+, and DCSE.
