With extensive experience in Smart City, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Industrial IoT verticals, Jules has held roles at prominent companies such as Ericsson, Orange, and Huawei Technologies, where they focused on business development and technology consulting. Jules graduated with an MBA in Strategy Management from Nanyang Technological University and a B.Sc. in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology, and possesses several professional certifications, including CISSP, CCIE, and ITIL.
