Karen Graf has over three decades of experience in sales, management, marketing, and consulting. Beginning a career in customer service at Yaring's Department Store, Karen transitioned to Dell, where roles included Vice President on the Special Projects Team and various sales management and operations positions. After a period with DELL focusing on project and product line management, Karen worked as a Marketing Associate at Nextscreen Consulting, LLC, handling advertising and promotional initiatives. Since July 2018, Karen has served as a Consultant in Customer Advocacy at Dell Technologies, leading governance and operations for customer advocacy programs. Educational credentials include a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Residential Real Estate License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
